WinpkFilter Runtime & Tools are a set of programs for managing network. It includes Internet Gateway which lets a user share a single internet connection with other computers in the network. LAN HTTP Monitor implements packet redirector and proxy module, what allows you to catch all HTTP connections from LAN to Internet. These two applications have a GUI. There are many console applications that come with the package.
